The motor vehicle claims tribunal is one of the top courts of Guwahati. The role of the court is to adjudicate the claims for compensation in respect of accidents involving the death of, or bodily injury to, persons arising out of the use of motor vehicles. Eligibility Criteria for office peon:

Only Indian citizens as defined from Article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India can apply for this job.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of class VIII.

Age Limit:

Candidates who are applying for the job must have the minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 44 years as on 01-01-2019. However, the upper limit of age has been relaxed as per the standard norms of government for ST/SC and PWD candidates.

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs. 12,000-37,500/- + Grade Pay 3900/-.
