ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for ASSISTANT COMMANDANTS:

All applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. Candidates who have appeared in the final examination of Bachelor’s degrees and waiting for results are also eligible for appearing the examination.
All candidates applying for this examination must be a citizen of India.
Both male and female candidates can apply for this examination. However, for Indo-Tibetan Border Police, only male candidates can apply.
The minimum and maximum age limits for the applicants are 20 and 25 years, respectively. According to the official notification, an applicant must have been born not than 2nd August 1994 and not later than 1st August 1999.

Candidates qualifying for this job will receive a basic pay of 15,600. Along with that, Grade Pay of Rs. The qualified candidate will also receive 5400 and Dearness Allowance (DA) of Rs 26,250/-.
